Michael Lammel is the visionary at NOA. He is responsible for the overall product design strategy and future scenario development. After studying mechanical engineering in Aachen and industrial design in Essen, he went to Milan to work as product designer for several companies in the furniture, automobile and watch industry. When possible, Michael contributes to the design world by giving lectures and speeches at international conferences and he has been member of the jury for several renown design awards.

Bertrand Illert, also co-founder and managing partner, is the dynamic energy at NOA. He focuses primarily in customer satisfaction. Bertrand studied industrial design in Essen and architecture in Vienna. He met Michael in Milan where he was working as a senior designer. They co-founded NOA and since then, he is responsible for bringing the right dose of practicality, aesthetics and production knowledge to every project. Bertrand is a designer with heart and soul & a passionate hand sketcher.
